IWMC Online Global Summit 2022
IWMC 2022 will conclude this year with two fast moving hours of celebration and encouragement. The event will bring together the IWMC Regional roundtables from Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe and North America. Worship will be led by two world class musicians from Vertical Worship with keynotes from Dr. Ravi Jayakaran and Terry Dalrymple, updates on the Million Village Challenge, panel discussions, and testimony.

Mike Shea has equipped leaders for more than 41 years in the United States, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Mike has extensive leadership experience with various NGO’s that include working cross-culturally, leading teams, and leadership in non-profit organizations. He also owned and operated a for-profit business for nearly a decade.
Ricardo brings a wealth of experience as a pastor-teacher, administrator and servant-leader. He currently serves as the International Facilitator for Transform World and served with 4/14 Movements (2010-2018).
Ricardo also serves as the Executive Director of ConEl (2007-Present), an association of eight major denominations in Latin America representing 500,000 churches. They set a goal for 50,000 transformational community development centers in churches throughout Latin America by 2033!
Dr. Bruce Wydick
Bruce Wydick is Professor of Economics at the University of San Francisco and the director of Westmont College in San Francisco.
Professor Wydick is a regular writer on poverty and development issues for Christianity Today. His most recent book, Shrewd Samaritan: Faith, Economics, and the Road to Loving our Global Neighbor, tries to bring together the most recent research in development economics to help people of faith into meaningful and effective engagement with global and domestic poverty.
Dr. Jason Paltzer
Jason Paltzer returns to Phoenix after serving as an Assistant Professor of Epidemiology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where he taught and mentored public health students in the areas of community development, evaluation, epidemiology, and behavioral health. His experience includes health promotion, disease prevention, community development, and teaching. He has been a friend to the Global CHE Network and has been an active contributor to our network. We welcome him back to Arizona!
Dr. Ravi Jayakaran
Dr. Ravi I. Jayakaran has long term leadership experience in International poverty reduction and strategic programming. Dr. Jayakaran joined Medical Ambassadors International in June 2017 as the President/CEO. He is also the Catalyst for Integral Mission for the Lausanne Movement. Ravi has worked in senior management positions in the corporate sector, International NGOs- including World Vision International, the Asian Development Bank and the UNDP. He has lived and worked long
term in India, Cambodia, China and the US and provided technical support in more than 23 countries.
Dr. Ravi and his wife Vimla came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior while they were in University. Besides their engagement with Integral mission, they are actively involved with their local Church, Small group and Christian Counselling.Ravi and Vimla recently celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary. They have 2 sons -Amit and Rohit-who are married and have their own families and live in California and Dubai respectively. Ravi and Vimla live in Ripon,CA.
For more than two decades, Terry has championed the cause of the poorest of the poor, training and mobilizing workers around the world for transformational ministries in villages and slums that make disciples, plant churches, and lift families and communities out of cycles of poverty and disease.
Terry serves as the Founder and Coordinator of the Global CHE Network, Vice-President of the Alliance for Transformational Ministry, and as faculty at the United Nation’s Geneva Institute for Leadership and Public Policy. He is also on the Board of Transform World and author of the book, Beyond Poverty: Multiplying Sustainable Community Development
